Hi, my name is Robert Simmons — Marriage Celebrant & Master of Ceremonies.
I’m a proud father of two amazing children who make me proud every single day. I was absolutely honoured to officiate my own daughter’s wedding, and more recently, I’ve been blessed with a grandson — experiences that have deepened my appreciation for marriage, family, and the significance of a wedding day.
My professional background is in hospitality management, working across NSW, Queensland, and island resorts. I’ve managed hotel outlets, bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, which means I understand people, pressure, timing, and atmosphere — all essential ingredients for a seamless wedding celebration.
As your celebrant and MC, I bring a relaxed yet professional presence to your day, along with fun, natural laughter and a calm confidence that keeps everything flowing exactly as it should. Many couples tell me I’ve truly found my niche in this vocation, and the MC role is something that comes naturally to me.
